SubScreenAI is a Trust Intelligence Platform that aggregates publicly available business information into structured Trust Profiles and Decision Briefs to support procurement and vendor evaluation.

Our platform compiles and analyzes information from publicly available sources, including, where applicable:

  • Public licensing records
  • Public regulatory databases

  • Publicly available business websites
  • Other authorized commercial or public data providers

This information is organized into Trust Profiles and Decision Briefs for informational and procurement decision-support purposes.

3. Information You Voluntarily Provide

When you interact with the Platform, you may voluntarily provide limited information, including:

  • Website or business domain
  • Structured requests to update or verify business information
  • Payment information processed through Stripe

Important: Payment information is processed securely by Stripe. SubScreenAI does not store or have access to your full credit card information.

4. Data Accuracy Requests

If you are an authorized representative of a business listed on the Platform and believe factual information is inaccurate, you may submit a structured correction request through our verification process.

Submitted information may be reviewed through automated verification workflows before being reflected on the Platform. Submitting a correction request does not guarantee that a requested change will be published.

5. Sensitive Information

SubScreenAI is not designed to collect or process sensitive personal information. Please do not submit:

  • Social Security numbers
  • Government-issued personal identification numbers
  • Personal medical information
  • Protected Health Information (PHI)
  • Personal financial account information
  • Any confidential information unrelated to business verification

6. Third-Party Services

To operate the Platform, we utilize trusted third-party infrastructure providers, including:

  • Stripe (payment processing)
  • Supabase (database services)
  • Replit (application hosting)
  • Other technology providers that support platform functionality

These providers operate under their own privacy policies.

7. Data Retention

Operational logs, temporary processing records, and system-generated artifacts are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Platform. Certain temporary processing records may be automatically deleted after defined retention periods.
