SubScreenAI

Terms of Service

Last Updated: July 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SubScreenAI (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Decision Brief Disclaimer & Independent Verification

SubScreenAI provides automated procurement decision-support tools based on publicly available records, third-party data sources, and proprietary scoring methodologies.

Decision Briefs, Trust Scores, Decision Confidence Scores, and related content are provided for informational and procurement decision-support purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice, financial advice, insurance certification, engineering approval, regulatory compliance confirmation, underwriting, or professional due diligence.

While we strive to compile reliable and timely information, SubScreenAI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or timeliness of any data presented.

Users are solely responsible for performing their own independent verification and due diligence before making any procurement, contracting, hiring, or business decision.

Trust Scores, Decision Confidence Scores, and Decision Briefs may change over time as public records are updated, new information becomes available, or our scoring methodologies evolve.

3. Purchases & Report Delivery

Decision Brief purchases are digital products. Once a Decision Brief has been successfully generated and delivered, purchases are considered final and are not eligible for refund.

If a temporary technical issue prevents successful delivery, the Platform may automatically retry report generation or delivery when technically feasible.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use SubScreenAI only for lawful procurement research and business evaluation purposes.

Permitted Automated Access

Public search engines (including Google, Bing, and other recognized search indexing services) are permitted to crawl publicly available pages for indexing purposes.

Prohibited Use

Without prior written authorization, you may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or resell Decision Briefs or platform data.
  • Use automated scraping tools, bots, or commercial data-mining software to harvest platform content.
  • Attempt to interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SubScreenAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or reliance upon, the Platform or its reports.

This includes, but is not limited to, procurement decisions, project delays, contract disputes, financial losses, business interruptions, or supply chain impacts.

In all circumstances, the total liability of SubScreenAI shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Decision Brief giving rise to the claim.

6. Data Accuracy & Correction Requests

SubScreenAI aggregates information from public records and third-party data providers. If you are an authorized representative of an organization listed on the Platform and believe factual information is inaccurate, you may submit a request for review through our verification process.

SubScreenAI reserves the right to evaluate submitted information using objective evidence and may update, modify, decline, or remove information during normal platform data refresh cycles. Submission of a correction request does not guarantee that any information will be modified.

7. Platform Changes

SubScreenAI may modify, suspend, discontinue, or enhance any aspect of the Platform at any time, including Trust Score methodologies, Decision Confidence calculations, data sources, features, pricing, and available products. Continued use of the Platform following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
